Agribusiness Summit 2022

More than 200 producers, consultants and guests attended the 2022 Goondiwindi Regional Agribusiness Summit held over two days in March.

The Summit was made possible through funding from the Australian Government’s Future Drought Fund, Murray-Darling Basin Authority and Goondiwindi Regional Council, and support from Southern Queensland Landscapes through funding from the Australian Government’s National Landcare Program.

Thanks to special guests Claire Booth, Nigel Kerin, Julia Spicer, Joy McClymont, David McLean and Sam Skeat for sharing their expertise on changing your mindset, having a healthy outlook and learning the skills to develop strategies for building business success around climate variability.

A big thank you to B&W Rural, Suncorp bank, and GrainGrowers, and to Tom and Antoinette Archer for hosting our carbon and landscape rehydration field day at their beautiful property 'Rexton'.
